  Team Building and Conflict Management

DESCRIPTION:
This workshop builds on the previous module. Because team members sometimes must initiate "hard conversations" in order achieve goals under deadline, it is important that they learn communication skills that resolve rather than exacerbate conflict. This module exposes participants to an empathic communication approach that can effectively reduce conflict hostility while improving negotiation skills in professional and personal conversations. This expanded workshop is particularly valuable to organizations that are experiencing rapid growth or change.
